Are all of CharLee’s Body Butter products really vegan?

YES!  All CharLee's Body Butter (CBB) products and ingredients are 100% vegan. All items are carefully sourced, cruelty-free, preservative-free, gluten-free, chemical-free, and plant-based.  CBB products are made with sensitive skin in mind.

Are CBB products made in the U.S.A?

YES.  All batches are made by hand weekly in St. Louis, Missouri.


What type of skin issues are CharLee's Body Butter (CBB) products good for?

All types of skin!  In addition to maintaining daily skin health, CBB products are specially made for eczema, psoriasis, breakouts and dry skin


Does CharLee's Body Butter use fragrance oils in its products?

All CBB products contain non-synthetic essential oils only. 

An essential oil is plant-derived from either the flower, fruit, seed, leaf, bark, stem or the root of a plant or tree.

Fragrance oil is a combination of ingredients that can include chemical, synthetic, animal, and/or plant properties.


What is the shelf life of CharLee's Body Butter products?

When kept in a cool dry environment, CBB products have a shelf stable life of up to one year.

Is CharLee's Body Butter packaging recyclable?

YES.  CBB is rated PET #1, which makes it 100% recyclable.


Do CharLee's Body Butter products contain nuts?

Two products, CBB Body Butters and the Healing Balm contain coconut oil. 

A coconut oil- free Healing Balm is in product testing and will be available in summer 2024.


How quickly are products shipped?

Shipping is available in the 50 United States via FedEx. CBB does not ship to PO Boxes nor outside of the United States. 

Orders are shipped within 2 business days for two-day delivery. 

Please note that body butter orders may require overnight shipping in heat-affected areas for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, we do not accept returns.

We want to hear from you, however, if you have an adverse reaction to your skin, or if the product you received is damaged or your order is incorrect.

Please email us at within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the carrier delivery date.
